Archive#

This directory preserves retired material that is no longer part of the live site or the active canon, kept in-repo (not just in git history) so it stays readable. Each entry says why it was cut. For retired visual development assets specifically, see art/archive/, which predates this folder and stays where it is.

Why we archived it: Superseded by stories/havoc-01-last-call-at-randys, the Havoc Cut retelling of the same story beats. The 2026-07-13 reboot made the Havoc Cut register the one canonical version going forward.

A third Hops Cut story with an outline, draft, continuity notes, and drafted chapters.

Why we archived it: Never promoted to the live site or the Havoc Cut lineup. Dropped when the arc compressed to 9 HAVOC stories in the 2026-07-13 reboot.
